Home Staging
During the consultation, I made a priority list of recommendations that I felt had to be completed to get the property ready for sale. One of my suggestions was to change the counter top in the kitchen because it seemed appropriate to refresh the entire kitchen and ready it for sale.
Home buyers have a “must include” list when they are purchasing a new home. Sometimes it is a large kitchen, minimum 3 bedrooms or a large back yard that will fulfill their needs.
Many homeowners may live differently in their homes but when a property goes on the market, each room of the house should resemble the way it was intended to be used in the first place.
Once I landed my first job, others kept coming. When my clients move into their new home my staging jobs branch into staging for living jobs, requiring my expertise to help decorate. I truly believe if you work hard and persevere, your dreams really do come true. It is amazing what you can accomplish when the right elements come together.
